It’s been a very long time<\/strong> since my last Fruit Typing Challenge update. My last development update was on September 23, 2025<\/strong>, which was my birthday. <\/p>\n I’m sorry for being so quiet about the game’s development for such a long time. I haven’t stopped working on Fruit Typing Challenge, though! A lot has happened behind the scenes since my last update, so I wanted to share some of the bigger changes with you.<\/p>\n One of the biggest changes is that I completely rewrote Fruit Typing Challenge using NVGT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The previous version is still available on itch.io, but rewriting the game in NVGT gives me the possibility of bringing the game to other platforms in the future.<\/p>\n I’ve added a new Hardcore Mode<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In Hardcore Mode, mistakes are not allowed. Make a mistake, and the game is over!<\/p>\n A brand-new Custom Mode<\/strong> has also been added.<\/p>\n You can choose your own number of rounds and time limits, as well as toggle power-ups on or off.<\/p>\n Custom Mode is designed mainly for practice, so it doesn’t affect your high scores or achievements.<\/p>\n Fruit Typing Challenge now has a language translation system<\/strong>, allowing people to contribute translations for the game.<\/p>\n For now, the available translations are still AI-generated.
